Here are a number of accredited organizations and membership associations of which Green Vista Roofing is a proud, trustworthy, established and professional partner.

The U.S. Green Building Council
The U.S. Green Building Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation. The U.S. Green Building Council’s mission of environmentally, economically and socially sustainable buildings for all within a generation depends on highly trained professionals in every sector. We request your input in a brief survey that will help us identify and understand your green building education needs. High-quality training is crucial for green building professionals at every stage of their careers—from those just learning about green building to long-time experts looking for new ways to master their practice. The information you provide will drive both the content and format of tomorrow’s green building education – from USGBC or the green building education marketplace at large – so that it is accessible and relevant for everyone. Green buildings for all must begin with green building education for everyone in the industry.

ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.
Results are already adding up. Americans, with the help of ENERGY STAR, saved enough energy in 2009 alone to avoid greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to those from 30 million cars — all while saving nearly $17 billion on their utility bills.

Recharge Colorado

Colorado is a leader in providing clean and renewable forms of energy—and the Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) plays a critical role in charting that leadership. At the GEO, we work with communities, utilities, private and public organizations and individuals to promote renewable energy such as wind, solar and geothermal, as well as energy-efficiency technologies in commercial and residential buildings. We implement our work through a variety of programs and partnerships.

National Roofing Contractors Association

NRCA is one of the construction industry’s most respected trade associations and the voice and leading authority in the roofing industry for information, education, technology and advocacy.

RCA informs and assists the roofing industry, acts as its principal advocate and helps members in serving their customers. Acting as the industry’s steward, NRCA continually strives to enhance every aspect of the roofing industry.

Colorado Roofing Association

The Colorado Roofing Association was established in 1978 and became an official non-profit association in 1980. The association’s first name was the Boulder County Roofing Association, and the first President was Bob Bellitt of Arapahoe Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. who helped to establish the original group of roofing related businesses into a viable association. Working to build the membership outside of the Boulder area, in 1982 the association’s name was changed to the Northern Colorado Roofing Association.

Wyoming Contractors Association

The Wyoming Contractors Association is a full-service organization, run by its members, who are primarily engaged in and who support highway, heavy, building, municipal and utility construction. This Chapter has a dedicated and professional staff working on your behalf and we pride ourselves on individual service to our members.
